I've worked for two companies that pay by the audio minute. I wouldn't take anything less than $1 per audio minute. I was making $1.20 per audio minute at one job and it averaged out to about $18-$20 per hour. Unfortunately, that company SOLD OUT TO INDIA and ever since, I've been unable to find any cpl or audio minutes pay that matches.
