It is not totally rocket science. All they have to do is graph out the work pattern, graph out the MT shifts, and adjust to match! Heck, even Google can do this - it often gives a graph of the customer traffic according to time so you can plan to go during the lighter hours. Sigh.
I was transferred to another pod that supposedly REALLY needed my shift hours (2nd shift + all weekend), yet I have had NJA some nights, run out of work some nights, and some nights apparently close to running out because I start getting everything from all over the map which was also dictated just minutes earlier.
