A Plus Transcription is the best company I've ever worked for. You're an IC, but you said you need benefits, so that's okay for you. I worked for them for about 15 months. The only reason I left is because I can only actually work 10-12 hours a week as an MT, as I have a full time job at our local university.
They've raised their PT requirement to 16-20 hours a week, so if you can swing that, I think you should apply.
