YES!!! I was just going to post this very thing. Last time due to NJA and had to go to "swap board," most confusing horrible program I have ever seen, guess what the hours were for making up? (Only 1 hr increments, not 2 hr that I needed). 10-11 pm and 5-6 am. Holy Crap, Why are they making it so hard for us to make a living? All of this does not make sense? And I have obligations and appointments this week and it will be almost impossible to make up the NJA hours that are not MY fault, but theirs, as they are providing no work, so why should we have to make it up at such ungodly hours. And as for that swap board, could they have made it any more difficult or confusing? I am so frustrated!
