If you are unsure of a word leave a blank and send it to QA. At Nuance if you send too many reports to QA your pay is docked so you guess. If QA can solve a blank you send in because you are unsure, your pay is docked. This was all allegedly created to ensure patient safety. What a crock.
My new company encourages us to not guess and let QA have a listen. We are not docked for blanks and/or mistakes. What a pleasure.
