My main complaint was running out of work. The work was very difficult. I had a 98% ESL account, and they were not easy ESLs. I managed to "learn" the dictators, but then I kept running out of work so I left. The pay is about the same as where I am now when it was all said and done (meaning my paychecks really did not change) but I felt like I had to babysit the computer to grab work. Good luck. Oh, yes they are picky with QA. Got removed from an account for a tiny error.
