They will just try to tell you that that the problem is on your end. It is their server. This is easily proven by going to a non-work site at the time Fluency is telling you your internet is not connected.
Anything you can't do in Fluency but can do outside of Fluency proves it is an MM problem. So many problems since IT went to India.
