I'd like to know that too! I was never below 99% ever until I went to TTS, but when they count an age typo as a critical error (83, dictated 83, actually 86 in header), I guess the points add up pretty quickly. Or when they count off for punctuation arbitrarily in a verbatim account. And a lot of other little things to screw with your head.
