I was hired by her about 3 years ago at 9 cpl. We started the paperwork. I didn't even submit my own contract, I just asked her for a copy of her contract with her signature on it, just for my records. I then received an email saying I was not a "good fit" for the company. She withdrew the offer, and that was that. It was my introduction to the world of IC, had always been an employee prior to that. Everyone is green once, and it turned out to be a hard lesson about what was waiting for us in this industry.
