I get the same for whatever I do. I sometimes do article reviews, curriculum vitae, etc. I normally charge per line. On the CV, those are usually just updates so I figure out how long it took, what my average line count is for that amount of time and charge for that number of lines. As for what you charge? I guess that's subjective. I don't do anything new now for less than $0.14 per line for a gross line (not 65 character). Some I have been getting a bit more than that.
