Keyword: XXMC (account initials) Addenda
such as xxmcaddenda as the keyword
Text to type: Copy from the account specs into the text to type
Description (if you have shorthand) important things.
When you cannot remember you type in the keyword: xxmcblanks and the information comes up immediately.
Special instructions:
Keyword: XXMCjonesanthony (say that is the dictators' name.
Text to type: Copy and paste from Account specs about the special instructions.
You will need to peruse all over the account specs in order to get all the info under one keyword. Especially true of copies and whether or not assistants are put on op reports, etc.
I have 9 accounts and this is how I keep it straight. I also meet LPH - 135-145 and meet quality and percent to QC is usually under 1%.
But I do look up a lot and I use my Shorthand as a dictionary, not just an expander.
