about once a night I get the message that I am disconnected but my internet is still working and I can look up things on the internet with no problem. I just assume it is a glitch in Fluency and it usually reconnects before I need to send the job. I definitely thing it is "their" issue not with our local service. I am on Comcast and when it happens, nothing else in the house disconnects either.
