I took this course with the primary goal of getting out of transcription. My paws can't take the pounding any more. We are ridiculously undervalued and apparently they have no plans to change that. They keep sending everything offshore despite their pathetic quality and inability to understand critical context. I fix it all day in QA. Believe me, there are more errors in ONE of their reports than most of us make in a year's worth of audits. In my opinion, they will also eventually attempt to do the same thing to coders, but for now local hospitals near me still do coding in-house. I appreciate the training since I could not afford it on my own, but I have reached BS saturation point.
