If you put in the correct term (and thank you for researching) and the instrument did not get changed, then it sounds like QA did verify.
I have not been a QA very long and I have always tried to be positive and encouraging in all my feedback. If you feel QA made a mistake then let your QC know. My QC gives me feedback and it is appreciated because I know the MTs probably know the accounts better than I do. As a QA I have over 50 accounts that I am trying to keep track of.
We are all on the same team here.
