Sten-Tel is one of those companies that caters to newbies, hence probably the low pay. I worked for them last year for a brief period of time and I have over 30 years experience (at the time, I needed a job YESTERDAY which is the only reason that I took the job). They had just acquired a new hospital account and work types were being "spoon fed" to us. The account specs changed daily. I kept getting corrections back from QA that I knew I had typed correctly. I would contact my direct supervisor about it and "go up the chain," only to be told not to sweat the small stuff.
On top of that, they only pay once a month, their reason being, that they have too many "divisions" to pay their contractors/employees bimonthly.
