This was put into effect months ago, but was never really "pressed." Several supervisors left right afterwards. The real kicker is that they are aiming towards this magic $15/hr Min Wage that is NOT in effect yet and furthermore...They are demanding this to PAY OUT LESS THAN THAT per hour for PTO. Talk about burning both ends!!! Believe me, even if EVERYONE met the requirement (and we won't because you are correct, not enough work to support it) they will come up with something else. They have NO BUSINESS being in THIS BUSINESS at all. There is a KLAS award in the industry...Well, they need to come up with a special booby prize for these guys. I wish there was a way to publicly expose them...Geraldo Rivera????
