You are exactly right. It starts in the afternoon, and is horrible. It seems like it is hand picked because no matter what hospital or clinic, the dictation will be messed up. To me it's so unfair, but I guess that is how it goes in the corporate world. It is just that this has been going on for over a year now. Every time I "learn" or get familiar with an account, it gets snatched, and I get put on trash for dictation.
