But, to answer your question about what she does, she spends her day micromanaging us, a very time consuming and tedious task that keeps her quite busy. Not to mention the extra effort she puts in to finding something wrong with the way we perform our job when we are meeting all of their ridiculous metrics! Yes, very time consuming indeed. Oh, lets not forget the two or three conference calls she has per day, which she must resent as it takes her away from browbeating us!
