I used to complain all the time; here, to my TSM, to my MT friends, to myself and then realized to get out. For one, I just couldn't take it any longer, the browbeating, the lack of money, the lack of work, etc.
We all know this is what it is here and so like the other post, talking/complaining does nothing. Just leave.
Who cares what impact if any it makes, this place is scum.
