LOL, that was great. Reminded me of the time I had to call the helpless desk with something that required a yes or no answer. The helpless tech proceeded to rattle something off for 2 or 3 minutes that was totally incomprehensible (and I'm usually good with Indian docs). Finally, I interrupted and told him I had no idea what he just said, and what I asked required a yes or no answer only and so what was it. Stunned silence for about 30 seconds, then "it's no, ma'am."
