She has been MIA. I talked to her not too long ago about the work slowing down. We lost a BIG account to Nuance, which we all hated anyway, but due to that, our "primary account" does not have enough work for all of us, therefore we are all over the country and taking away other people's work. It's a chain reaction. I don't think SM is in a great position right now. IMO. I was told another account would be coming our way, no time frame however. I am not sure that is the case...more and more doctors are doing their own dictation. EHR has killed us.
