You can find a copy of the error definitions and weights on InnerCircle (previously known as MQ Central) under HDS Center under quality.
They don't care if the error or errors were made on a short report or a long one, it's all the same to them. Just, a long report means more opportunities to fail. And, I'm sick of being set up to fail.
