In the past, when I have mentioned my problem with a certain PC, I was told she is just very concerned about us all being the best we can be, etc. Well then, why doesn't she try positive feedback as opposed to tearing us down? It seems like she attacks first and then slowly calms down a bit. I really think it has to do with her style and she possibly has no idea how her emails come across. Perhaps a little coaching for her is in order!
