She is probably more miserable than the MTs are. The PCs only job now seems to be regurgitating the auditors' work. For whatever reason (hmmmm I wonder what it could be) they usually don't want to go back to typing reports and the only other job is TSA (which we all know won't last long). The PCs may just have it worse than the MTs do. But, of course there is NO WAY to condone rudeness. I say "this too shall pass" and it always does.
