However, it doesn't actually allow me to type in the form so not sure how to use it. I told my HDSM how frustrating it is that we can no longer check on the backlog like we used to, especially since the last update I ever get is at 2 pm and I work until 9. She is new to the company and didn't even know we used to be able to look it up. She said to submit that, which I will if I can ever figure out how.
