I was ON when it went out...and checked every few minutes, and I know EXACTLY when it came back up! Yet they claimed the downtime was much less than what it was. So I had to add "production" time when I wasn't even working at all! Like THAT was fair. Like I should EVER be surprised with MMoral. As always, just glad I'm ME and not them. Cuz I LIKE me enough.
