I think contracts must've be negotiated and they lost a lot either to offshore or other vendors. We were slammed with OT at the end of the year, when they were probably trying to keep accounts. Then first of the year came and they lost accounts and now have too many MTs. They are nitpicking us to death too. Having to sit and wait for jobs to come in brings down lph, income, etc and then you get reprimanded for lph being too low and too much inactive time. Its all just a way to get rid of the MTs they overhired. Sad.
