In addition to mentioning all the unpaid work we do,I also pointed out the inequity of accounts regarding audio, ASR output, and formatting demands, with some accounts being stellar in those 3 aspects. I also stated that line counts are affected by these factors and it is the luck of the draw. I pointed out that we are being punished for things out of our control. I also was brazen and pointed out that it did not escape my attention that 150 lph x 4 cpl = minimum wage, thus the reason they chose 150.
Heck, every employee MT job I had, the minimum was 125 lph and that included being paid for headers and footers.
