I would hate to see what happened to me, happen to you---that is, go with a "nicer" company to ride out until retirement, only to get slammed back to the baddie.
That's precisely what happened to me---I said I'd stay in MT at this "nicer" company, but the baddie bought out the goodie. I was crushed.
Just wanting to save you some heartache. Probably better to just get out of MT now. The older one gets, the harder it is to "pound the pavement."
But, best of luck to you whatever you decide! I am happy with my $12 an hour just answering phones and doing a little bit of paperwork.
