Thanks everyone for your replies. I have been battling this occurrence for over 2 weeks now. I have repaired, reinstalled, deleted programs. I am told I am the only one with the problem. It is to the point I am going to buy a new computer. I cannot be productive when I am rebooting more than typing. I also get the lost connection to server error. I know this is not my internet connection.
