I'd like to hear of any companies that recognizes their employees in this industry. Used to be we'd all get gifts and/or bonuses. Now we do good if we get a Christmas e-mail (not even a card). When I see news reports about how much we should tip at the holidays I always respond that we don't even get cards and I'm not going to tip extra for doing their job when I take care of medical records and don't get recognition. Call me scrooge but that's the way it is - no bonus money = nothing to share!
