Basically cater to "newbies." Starting pay is 6 cpl no matter what your level of experience. I was on a straight typing account with them and lasted a month and a half (I have 35 years experience but at that time DESPERATELY needed a job). They pay ONCE a month, via paper check -- REFUSE to do DD because they have "too many divisions" to justify doing DD. The account that I was on was a new account, so they "spoon fed" us work types -- in essences, consults, then two weeks later we started doing H&Ps, etc. I had one QA person who consistently when I would type "grade 2/6 murmur" would change it to "grade II/VI. When I would bring "discrepancies" up via email, I was told "not to sweat the small stuff. Again, because this was at the time a new account, the account specs changed almost every other day, so you could be correct one day and WRONG the next day. HTH
