It happens. That as well as vacations and people using up the flex account money before the year is out. Busy again too. Even as an IC with my own clinic accounts previously I had the busy/slow cycle and it is not exclusive to the transcription business at all. Hospital workers in all departments get sent home if the census is low all of the time. I am used to it and is not really an issue for me.
