One of the companies I do work for uses Infraware. - echomt Posted: Dec 9th, 2015 - 11:12 pm In Reply to: Infraware 360 platform - Solana
I found it pretty easy to learn, and it is pretty functional. It seems to have a great deal of flexibility in terms of how the company wants to set it up, i.e., which features they use and which ones they don't, so some of its functionality will depend on how the company sets it up. I am able to check line counts immediately after I complete a job, and the word processing platform is pretty straight forward. I use Dragon, and the Infraware platform doesn't play well with Dragon, but I am still able to do some workarounds and make it work. Overall, I think you would find it a pretty quick study and a fairly good platform to work with.
