I know there are a lot of negatives at this Forum, so I don't read every gripe, but much of it I do read, just because it makes me feel less alone, it helps me remember that I'm not a total loser (my MTSO has made me feel like one, even after 30 years past hospital experience with excellent performance reviews and raises), and it continually motivates me not to give up looking for a different job in spite of my older age. When I see someone has gotten out of MT and seems to be happy, I feel maybe there is hope for me too.
