I didn't even think of applying for UE. I worked four months for them. Two were great. I just found another job. I know now we do have rights about collecting UE, but I didn't know it then. Give it a try, no harm, no foul.
I am an IC now and we aren't given a thing, unless perhaps we pay for UE insurance.
I am hanging on by a thread. When this job goes, I think that will be it. A sad, sad time to say the least.
