I left Nuance to join them and have not regretted it for a single second. They do leave you alone to work and if you're interrupted it's because the client has notified them of specific instructions for the report you're on - which is rare to happen. Like anywhere your account can run out of work but I rarely have that happen and it's usually just during bad weather times in the region of the account or on holidays.
