It's work beyond the lines that MTs at Nuance aren't paid for that I'm talking about, such as having to fill in unknown patient (if doctor doesn't type in correct MRN), finding and sending cc, changing work type if it's incorrect. Doing these things takes time away from the ONLY thing Nuance MTs are paid for, which is the lines transcribed on report. I have a feeling there will be a class-action lawsuit once Nuance has no more U.S. MTs.
