I have submitted issues to them before such as that it NEVER correctly puts in Xarelto or Eliquis, and I was told I needed to document and submit at least 5 jobs showing the issue. I told them I don't get paid for the time it takes me to do that and it is their job not mine. It boggles my mind that they would need examples in order to teach the system the words Xarelto and Eliquis. What good does an example do, when it types it different every single time? I also quit submitting problems because of them calling me and requesting me to do their job.
