Still makes no difference. The still called me. No matter how much information I provide them in Remedy, they still call me and ask me for that information. The usually tell me it will only be corrected by me editing the reports.
One day I wrote down the facility name, job number, put down what the ASR output was and what it should have been in the same format as an audit, for all the usual output errors that we have been correcting for _years_ and sent it to my QAM with a rather terse email, also letting her know that IT always tells me to inform my supervisor when I submit a Remedy ticket. Gave me the satisfaction of being able to say they were informed (and if I every needed to show they were informed if a legal need should arise).
