I started into this field about 7 years ago and feel it's been a long haul to get there. My mother with very severe Alzheimer's lived with me for 5-1/2 years and I had to learn this terrible profession while taking care of her, but now I feel it was worth it. Of course, I do everything fast, including things I should do slow!
