I actually do several IMEs each week. I have 3 physicians who do them regularly. The formatting is a bit different than their office work but for the most part it's just a record review/physical exam/history/etc. The medical record reviews can get quite lengthy. I had one last week that was almost 900 lines (the majority of it medical record review). I charge the same as my clinic work, per line. :)
