I have been in the same funk for about 6 months now. I am a caregiver for a parent and trying to work also. I am thankful to my employer who so far has not said anything about my low line counts and my not doing overtime. Don't know how long that is going to last though. But I tried the coloring books about a year ago, ordered online through Amazon, and the oil crayons or gel pens in all colors. I agree that it is soothing, sort of like meditation to me. I need to get back to it.
