I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Things are starting to click into place that means I will be able to survive if I quit. DH got a promotion and that should help, so I am hoping some time in the next year. Prior to that, the drudgery seemed like it would never end and it just spiraled.
Are you exercising? Are you getting out of the house to walk and absorb some vitamin D? Maybe you need a break in routine or just a distraction. Try a 15 minute walk a couple of times a week. Or force yourself to try a new recipe or if you do not like to cook, try a new restaurant, just plan something to try and help break the funk, even knowing it may take a few attempts.
