It is funny, but this is where the MT gets into trouble or even fired because they typed the report incorrectly. It was not the MT's fault and he/she types what he/she hears...and if the account is verbatim...it has to be typed as said....but in the end, the MT loses his/her job and nothing happens to the doctors. Someone needs to correct this doctor.
