At the Big N, our paychecks can take quite the hit even if a minor error that does not affect patient care is found on a very short report. I agree it is our job to find dictator errors, but I also understand the OP's frustration at getting financially penalized when dictators can make major, patient-care-affecting errors without repercussion.
