I told her if I had to use the swap board I would not work OT. I happen to love OT so I just continued to work OT without grabbing shifts from the swap board and never heard another word about it. In fact our emails about OT never ever mention the swap board anymore. It obviously continues to be a failed idea, why do they not see that and give up?!?!?
