Their pattern seems to be to deny there is a problem until enough people bring it up, or it affects a manager, then we all hear there is a problem. Has anybody had a problem adding a contact to their email? I was trying to add the POC Team and Region addresses recently and when I click to "Save" nothing happens, like the button is grayed-out or inactive. I don't feel like wasting time pursuing a solution at the moment.
