The patient who requires and deserves a good medical record, then I think of things I need and want. Get up from chair often go outside, listen to birds, quick walk, some tea. Then go back and try another hour or so. Every day I work it's hard to push but at the end of the day I get great satisfaction from looking at my line count.
It's close to a 12-step program transcribing now. LOL
