I don't think any school is too good to be true. It's good, solid training that leads to getting the right credentials, being able to pass employment exams, and get job offers. I'm sure that even that isn't 100%. I doubt that any school has 100% success in credentials or job placement. Can you do better? Probably not.

Let me also add that if your goal is to get credentials and get a job, this is a hard school to beat. If your goal is a degree because you want to manage an HIM department, this would not work for you. They are not a degree program.
